Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate and friendly Zipline Guide to join our team in the stunning Southern Highlands and South Coast of New South Wales.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience on our Treetop Walk and Zipline Tours.

Your duties will include following safety procedures, using interpersonal skills to connect with guests, fitting safety harnesses, navigating guests through the zipline course, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

We are looking for someone who is committed to contributing to a positive work environment and has a moderate level of physical fitness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly and attentive service to guests
  • Ensure safe and memorable experiences
  • Follow safety procedures and protocols
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Maintain cleanliness of outlets and surrounding areas
Requirements:
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Working with Children Check
  • Experience in tourism or customer service (preferred)
  • Ability to work cohesively with others and independently when needed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
