Aged Care Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an Aged Care Support Worker in Buderim 4556. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers to live independently at home for longer.
Key Responsibilities- Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure our customers' homes are safe and comfortable.
- Assist with meal preparation and shopping to promote healthy eating and independence.
- Offer social support and access to lifestyle activities to enhance our customers' quality of life.
- Provide respite and emotional support to our customers and their families.
- Transport customers to appointments and provide social support during these visits.
- Deliver complex care to customers with high care needs, such as dementia.
- We are committed to improving the quality of life and wellbeing for our customers through tailored in-home care services.

- You are available to work at least 3 days - Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend work.
