Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Immanuel Gardens Aged Care facility in Buderim, with occasional travel to Orana Aged Care in Kingaroy.

• Deliver high-quality healthcare services, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Conduct thorough physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and therapies in line with state regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, effective patient care.
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical protocols.

• AHPRA-endorsed Nurse Practitioner
• Unrestricted AHPRA registration
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
