A Home Care Professional

Be the difference in someone’s life as a care professional working in home settings. You will be working closely with older members of our community, helping them maintain their independence and wellbeing.
The Role- Provide personal care services to clients, including general housekeeping and assistance with daily living tasks
- Help clients maintain their health and wellbeing by assisting with meal preparation, grocery shopping and providing social support
- Transport clients to lifestyle activities and provide companionship
You will also have the opportunity to assist family carers to have a break or engage in other activities.

- A commitment to assisting our aged community members to live independently at home for longer
- Comfortable working independently and finding solutions to everyday problems
We require a valid Australian Driver’s Licence and your own insured, roadworthy vehicle. A Certificate III or above in Aged Care or Individual Support is preferred, along with 3-6 months experience in a similar professional role.
