Are you looking for a challenging finance role that will put your skills to the test? As a Business Partnering Manager, you will be responsible for developing and building relationships across the business to support senior leaders in their day-to-day management.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting, and be CA / CPA Qualified with minimum 3 years post-qualified experience. They will also have 5+ years of experience in finance business partnering, with exceptional business partnering skills and the ability to influence.

Key responsibilities include providing analytical and financial support to Senior Business Leaders / Financial Controller, managing accounting processes, and driving process improvements. The successful candidate will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Business Partnering: Provide analytical and financial support to Senior Business Leaders / Financial Controller for finance processes/functions through insightful, strategic reporting.
  • Management Accounting: Responsible for timely and accurate completion of allocated finance functions for month end, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Financial Modelling: Prepare and analyse financial modelling for budget/planning within the finance department and for related stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Critically assess workflows and drive efficiencies/process improvements.
