Manufacturing Assembly Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Assembly Team Lead to oversee the production process and lead a team of skilled technicians in assembling high-quality electrical switchboards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of 8-10 staff members to ensure efficient assembly of electrical switchboards.
  2. Rostering and scheduling to meet production targets.
  3. Operate hand and machine tools, including air tools, to assemble parts and sub-assemblies.
  4. Read and interpret technical drawings to guide assembly tasks.
  5. Perform mechanical assembly tasks and maintain quality control standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a manufacturing supervisor with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and coordinate team efforts.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and safety protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve production issues promptly.
  • Collaborative mindset to work closely with other departments and stakeholders.

What We Offer:

Schedule and Work Arrangements:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
