About This Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Spray Painter to join our team in Townsville. As a key member of our paint team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional results to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out all paint jobs to meet high-quality standards and procedures.
  • Finalise colour matching and minor colour adjustments to ensure a flawless finish.
  • Maintain and care for spray booths, equipment, and robotics.
  • Perform other duties as required by leadership.

Requirements:

  • Trade qualification in Automotive Spray Painting (essential).
  • Previous experience in the Collision Repair industry (essential).
  • Full Australian working rights and a valid driver's licence.
