Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist senior tradespeople with daily tasks and operations
  • Learn and develop techniques and processes of professional spray painting
  • Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking and cleaning
  • Mix and apply paints, lacquers and other finishes
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment
  • Adhere to all health and safety protocols
Requirements
  • Genuine interest and enthusiasm for the automotive trades industry
  • Basic knowledge or experience in automotive spray painting or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions closely
  • Good physical fitness and stamina to perform manual tasks
