Job Summary

As a strategic financial leader, you will play a key role in driving business growth and profitability by partnering with sales and marketing teams to optimize financial performance.

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your commercial finance expertise and analytical skills to deliver sustainable revenue growth and drive business success.

  • You will work closely with senior leaders to evaluate and prioritize trade and brand investments, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • A strong ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and opportunities is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Jointly own the profit and loss (P&L) with sales and marketing functions to drive financial performance.
  • Partner with sales leadership team and marketing leadership team to deliver profitable top-line growth through analytical support, revenue growth management, and business planning.
  • Act as a key support, challenger, and decision influencer for senior leaders, evaluating and prioritizing trade and brand investments.
  • Drive best-in-class commercial capability across sales and marketing functions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or Economics, with a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)/Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
  • Minimum 8+ years' experience in business partnering and people management in FMCG or similar industries.
  • Strong technical ability and systems experience with SAP/BW, Excel, and other relevant reporting and data management systems.
