Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Logistics Manager to lead our fleet operations and ensure seamless delivery of high-quality products to our customers.

This is a mid-senior level management role that requires strong organizational skills, cost control expertise, and a passion for logistics and transportation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage the daily activities of our Boral concrete agitator fleet to achieve safety, operational, and compliance goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve truck availability and productivity, driver behavior, and contractor management.
  • Liaise with customers to ensure efficient service delivery and high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain productive operating systems.
Requirements
  • Current Full C Class Driver's License
  • Competent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Oracle)
  • Cost control, business improvement WHS and logistics relations including maintenance and industry experience
  • Transport and logistics experience
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and follow-up on multiple concurrent tasks
