Job Overview

We seek a Residential Construction Manager to oversee the construction of new homes. Key responsibilities include managing the construction process, coordinating subcontractors and vendors, and ensuring timely completion of projects.

  • Ensure high-quality service to clients by overseeing all aspects of the construction process.
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring work meets quality and safety standards.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Strong leadership skills, enabling effective management of subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating seamless collaboration with customers, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Sound understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
  • At least 3 years of experience in residential construction management.
