At our organization, we're on a mission to create a better future for generations to come. We're seeking a proactive Senior Project Manager to join our expanding team, working alongside specialists focused on Data Centres.

This is an opportunity to grow your own team and connect with Regional and Industry leaders in the Digital Infrastructure field.

  • Manage multiple Data Centre projects, ensuring they exceed client expectations, timeframes, costs, and specifications.
  • Lead and manage a team of Project Managers and Project Controllers, enabling 'on the job' professional growth and development.
  • Collaborate with our Regional Digital Infrastructure Industry Leaders Regional Leads to report on project progress and build relationships.
  • Deliver projects from concept through to handover, managing scope, risk, financials, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong project delivery experience across the full lifecycle of data centre developments, with demonstrated experience of having delivered a data centre end to end.
  • A desire to lead, grow, and develop a group of emerging Data Centre Project Managers through sharing skills and insights gained from experience.
  • Demonstrated experience engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Project Management qualifications or experience and ideally a background in construction.
