Underground Service Locator Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Underground Service Locator to join our team. This is a key role in our civil projects, where you will conduct underground service location assessments, drainage investigations, utility surveying, and mapping.
About the Job:- This is a full-time position based in Adelaide North, with opportunities for career growth and development.
- You will work closely with our project managers, office team, and client representatives to ensure accurate and efficient completion of tasks.
- Conduct asset investigation using Dial Before You Dig plans.
- Utilize Electromagnetic Service Locator and Ground Penetration Radar (GPR) to identify depth, orientation, and position of underground assets.
- Communicate findings effectively with project managers, construction crews, and clients.
- A minimum of three years' experience as an underground service locator.
- DBYD Certification (highly desirable).
- Ability to read and interpret Dial Before You Dig plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Driver's License (C Class minimum).
- An attractive salary + entitlements commensurate with ability will be awarded to the successful applicant.
