Agribusiness Relationship Manager Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Agribusiness Relationship Manager to join our team. As an Agribusiness Relationship Manager, you'll be responsible for maintaining trusted working relationships with customers and providing personalized banking solutions to meet their needs.

This dynamic role requires someone who is passionate about agribusiness and has the ability to think outside the square to develop innovative solutions. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with customers, understand their goals, and deliver win-win solutions that meet both their needs and Bendigo Bank's growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer goals and deliver personalized banking solutions.
  • Identify new business prospects and opportunities to attract new agribusiness customers.
  • Partner with network stakeholders to identify, develop, and implement localized engagement plans.
  • Drive profitable growth by meeting sales targets, converting referrals, and achieving results.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in agribusiness, finance, or a related discipline.
  • Ability to undertake travel and possession of a current driver's license.
