We do this through providing advice and support in the optimisation and effective management of non-financial risks; providing mechanisms for monitoring and reporting to senior management, ensuring prompt and appropriate escalation; introducing efficiency and consistency through automation and standardisation; and promoting ways to create ongoing challenge.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Drive consistency, simplicity and efficiency into the governance framework and processes.
  • Engage and influence numerous senior stakeholders across the business to embed governance enhancements.
  • Implement continuous improvement and operational excellence across multiple risk committees and forums managed by the team and the wider business, as well as improving the governance framework elements we deliver on.
