Job Description

We are seeking Support Assistants to join our team in providing targeted support to students with diverse learning needs. Our team works closely with teachers to deliver specific assistance and guidance to students, enhancing their educational experience.

About the Role
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to students.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote student engagement and participation in class.
  • Assist with lesson planning and preparation to ensure seamless delivery of curriculum content.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications and work-related experience in education or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the educational needs of students with diverse abilities.
  • Ability to respond effectively to risks of harm, abuse, and neglect.
