We are seeking an experienced Vocational Training Professional to deliver and assess nationally recognised VET courses. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing training resources, delivering training both virtually and face-to-face, and assessing students' competence in accordance with the relevant Training Package/curriculum.

Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a qualification at the level to be delivered or equivalent, as well as a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40110 including TAEASS502 (Design and Develop Assessment Tools) and TAELLN411 (Address Adult Language, Literacy, and Numeracy (LLN)) or TAE40116. They will also have demonstrated experience and industry knowledge in the relevant program areas.

  • Able to deal with students of all abilities
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, including accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to support and mentor students
  • Current currency records and industry membership
Benefits

This casual position offers a competitive hourly rate of $35.00 - $45.00 per hour, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for professional development and growth.

Schedule and Location

The successful candidate will work 8-hour shifts in Preston, VIC 3072. They must be able to commute to this location reliably.

Work Authorisation

Australian work authorisation is preferred.
