Job Title: Support Worker/Carer

About the Role:

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. As a dedicated Support Worker/Carer, you will be responsible for assisting with daily activities, providing exceptional support, and promoting their independence.

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, medication monitoring, shopping, meal preparation, housekeeping, respite care, social support, and transportation to appointments.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community)
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • National Police Clearance Certificate
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence
  • Registered vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
  • Smartphone
  • Experience in providing at-home care
