Job Description

The role of a Senior Business Solutions Advisor is pivotal in securing key business opportunities, driving team success, and delivering tailored product presentations. This position requires a strong background in consulting or sales within talent management environments, excellent understanding of technical concepts, and exceptional communication skills.

As a Senior Business Solutions Advisor, you will be responsible for collaborating with sales teams to implement solution-based selling strategies, delivering customized product presentations, managing Proof of Concepts (PoCs), aligning customer strategies with our products, supporting complex sales processes, mentoring and training team members, and leading strategic projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with sales teams to implement solutions-based selling strategies
  • Deliver customized product presentations and demos aligned with client needs
  • Manage Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to showcase solution capabilities
  • Align customer strategies with our products and integrations
  • Support complex sales processes and engage with senior stakeholders
  • Mentor and train team members and direct reports
  • Lead strategic projects and ensure team KPIs are achieved
Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires a unique blend of pre-sales experience, leadership skills, and technical knowledge. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in consulting or sales within talent management environments, excellent understanding of technical concepts and HR/Talent Management processes, and exceptional communication and project management skills.

  • Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Proven pre-sales experience in HR, Payroll, or RTA software highly desirable
  • Knowledge of accounting concepts and ERP systems a plus
  • Strong background in consulting or sales within talent management environments
  • Excellent understanding of technical concepts and HR/Talent Management processes
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills
  • Undergraduate degree preferred
  • Leadership experience and ability to train and coach team members
