Unlock your potential as a Senior Business Partner in finance, providing expert level support and advice to Executive Directors and senior staff.

This strategic role involves leading a team of advisors and finance officers in delivering specialist consultancy services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a sound understanding of financial management principles.

The successful applicant must have an appropriate tertiary qualification in accountancy, finance, business management, or a relevant discipline. A Department for Human Services (DHS) Working with Children Check is also required prior to employment.

Key competencies for this role include Financial Management, Leadership, Communication, and Problem-Solving. Remuneration is competitive, with $121,107 - $125,679 per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of advisors and finance officers in providing specialist financial consultancy services.
  • Develop and implement effective budget and financial strategies.
  • Advise Executive Directors and senior staff on financial management and budget considerations.
  • Coordinate with internal processes and external reporting requirements.
