Customer Service Representative Job

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at the store. This role plays a significant part within the store's team and is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Greet and address customers in a friendly and respectful manner while offering exceptional service to every customer
  • Promote loyalty programs and promotions to customers
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding product and services and suggest information about other products and services
  • Complete sale transactions using the Point of Sale
  • Prepare delicious coffees using barista equipment

The ideal candidate will have experience in retail, customer service or barista roles and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Availability for over-night, early morning, evenings, weekends and public holidays is required.
