As a Senior HR Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the success of your portfolio. You will be part of a purpose-driven, collaborative and people-focused team, working closely with clients and Talent teams to deliver HR generalist support.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with local and national client groups whilst working with Talent teams across Leadership and Learning, Resourcing, Global Mobility and Employee Relations.
- Provide HR generalist support to our Technology & Transformation business, focusing on Employee Relations and being a trusted advisor to our leaders.
- Support national projects and help deliver employee lifecycle experiences.
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
- A strong HR business partnering background and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships in a complex, matrix environment.
- Excellent HR generalist skills.
- Confidence in managing Employee Relations matters.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to communicate with leaders at all levels.
- The ability to think strategically and be tenacious, resilient and outcome-focused.
