About the Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to support employees and their families across the south west region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with supported employees, families, guardians, and coordinators.
  • Manage NDIS reports and communicate with families and stakeholders about funding.
  • Track compliance, training, and wage assessments using Excel and other tools.
  • Liaise with schools for work experience programs and attend employment expos.
  • Support behavioural and medical challenges by liaising with guardians and management.
  • Support supervisors in completing observations and maintaining accountability.
  • Deliver training sessions and safety talks to employees.

About You:

  • You must be able to build rapport with employees and their support networks.
  • You should have strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, with administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • You will manage schedules independently and adapt to fluctuating tasks.
  • You should thrive in a customer-facing role and enjoy problem-solving.
  • You should have a background in a professional or administrative setting.
