Join our team as a Disability Advocate

We are seeking highly skilled and passionate individuals to join our team as Disability Advocates. As a Disability Advocate, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of inclusive employment services.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with us in delivering high-quality, person-centred services at 52 sites across six areas in Western Australia. You will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of people with disabilities and contribute to creating meaningful employment outcomes.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion. You will be working closely with our team to provide support to individuals with disabilities, helping them to achieve their goals and aspirations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues alike. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support and guidance to individuals with disabilities
