Job Overview
The Procurement Supervisor role is a senior leadership position responsible for managing the procurement department and overseeing various tasks. This includes fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Leading the procurement team to achieve organizational goals and objectives
- Managing supplier relationships, contracts, and performance for both local and international vendors
- Negotiating terms and pricing with suppliers to optimize cost savings and efficiency
Key Responsibilities
The Procurement Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Ensuring accurate and timely data entry into SAP and CRM systems
- Preparing and presenting regular procurement reports to senior management
- Identifying and implementing system and process improvements to increase efficiency
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have over 4-5 years of experience working in a similar procurement role, managing 2-3 people, with experience using SAP and passion for leading and maintaining relationships with key suppliers.
