As a Procurement Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of rail infrastructure projects. This significant infrastructure project aims to improve rail services for everyday people.
Working closely with Alliance partners, we are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement management processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage sourcing processes for all procurement activities within project scope.
- Oversee preparation of tender documentation, commercial evaluations, negotiation plans, and contract approval.
- Develop and finalise scopes of work, tender evaluation criteria, pricing schedules, drawings, specifications, and programs.
- Facilitate and lead internal evaluation processes for submitted tender documentation.
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple procurement packages and teams on major construction projects.
- Relevant tertiary or vocational qualifications.
- Effective interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Proven experience in managing and leading a team.
