We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Practice Advisor to champion best practice, drive clinical excellence, and ensure people receive safe, high-quality, and empowering supports.

This pivotal role involves guiding and influencing clinical practice across the organisation, working closely with operations and business functions to build systems, culture, and processes that support informed client choice, meet regulatory standards (NDIS and Aged Care), and continually improve service delivery.

The successful candidate will have a clinical caseload of clients with disability or aged-related health supports using a person-centred and evidence-informed approach to assessment and interventions. This includes completing health assessments, developing health support plans, delivering individualised health-specific training, implementing registered nurse delegation and supervision of care as appropriate, and ensuring timely completion of clinical documentation and billing.

Key responsibilities also include conducting assessments of direct support workers' competencies relevant to health supports, providing training on a range of health-related needs, advising on clinical information relating to complex client onboarding, and contributing to the development of policy and procedures.

To be considered for this role, you must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a registered nurse, current health/medical/disability knowledge, current driver's licence to drive in Australia, current AHPRA Registration, current NDIS Worker Screening Check, and completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
