Key Responsibilities

  • Pre-Planning and Management: Develop and implement effective pre-planning strategies to ensure seamless execution of upstream operations, equipment, and personnel movements.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of equipment, parts, and spares, ensuring accurate tracking and management of assets.
  • Financial Management: Update invoicing and forecasting spreadsheets as required, and manage personnel and payroll spreadsheets, including contractor tracking.
  • Supply Chain Management: Coordinate the movement of materials along a supply chain, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
  • Client Liaison: Liaise with oil company representatives to ensure smooth operational processes and effective communication.
  • Corporate Communications: Ensure all corporate communications are conveyed to personnel, maintaining a high level of transparency and accountability.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, with a strong background in upstream operations and equipment management.
  • Qualifications: Experience with inventory management, oil and gas well site operations, onshore well test, slickline, and well integrity services.
  • Availability: Availability to travel for client meetings and operational reasons when necessary.
