About the Job:

This is an on-site position that requires building and managing relationships with employers, clients, and community networks. The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain employer and community networks to secure employment opportunities for clients;
- Manage a small caseload of clients, providing support and guidance;
- Provide information about our services and connect clients with relevant resources;
- Work effectively in a team environment to achieve positive outcomes;

Qualifications and Requirements:

">

- A demonstrated ability to work in an outcome-based environment and achieve positive results;
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage competing priorities;
- Excellent administration skills, including database management;
- A genuine passion for helping people and building relationships;
