Key Role: Disruption Specialist

This critical position ensures alignment with customer standards and network disruption frameworks, playing a pivotal role in minimizing disruptions.

The Disruption Specialist provides expert support for the effective planning, coordination, and impact assessment of planned road disruptions. This involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders, including project proponents, transport agencies, government departments, and internal divisions.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Deliver informed advice and analysis to facilitate effective decision making and ensure the delivery of a customer-centric program of work.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with customer standards and network disruption frameworks by all proponents of disruptions and project agencies.
  • Organize, manage, and if required chair, a diverse range of disruptions planning and readiness forums and committees with sector stakeholders.
