Job Title

As a Retail Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team to drive store success. Your key focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high store standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain efficient store operations by implementing processes that inspire the team.
  • Lead the team to meet financial and performance targets, ensuring timely reporting requirements are met.
  • Develop a skilled store team that provides outstanding customer experiences and embodies company values.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including rostering and timesheets, to ensure compliance with policies.
  • Manage store inventory, merchandising, and visual standards to create an engaging shopping environment.
  • Improve store presentation and visual merchandising standards to align with company guidelines.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations and company policies are followed.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in retail management, preferably in high-volume environments, with at least 2 years' experience.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Passion for retail and commitment to customer service.
