Work as a Coordinator for People and Culture

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team. This is a job opportunity that involves coordination, administration, and HR-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating onboarding processes for new employees and contractors.
  • Scheduling inductions and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Managing the probation process with managers and new staff members.
  • Handling employee lifecycle activities, such as preparing letters for staff movements and contractor changes.
  • Coordinating the staff exit process.
  • Monitoring and responding to internal and external HR queries.
  • Coordinating monthly compliance audits and client approvals.
  • Providing ad hoc support and project assistance as required.
