Job Overview

As a pivotal member of a Salesforce team, the role of Cloud Architect will involve designing and creating the underlying data structure and data flows to support application builds for prominent clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guiding a development team in using best-practice Salesforce Solutions
  • Ensuring that projects or programs are appropriately utilizing Salesforce technical capabilities to solve business problems
  • Participating in pre-sales activities, presenting or demonstrating solutions to customers
  • Liaising with client technical teams to understand architectures outside of Salesforce and required integrations
  • Sharing expertise to guide clients in best practices and better ways of achieving their goals
  • Communicating and presenting ideas to others and driving outcomes that meet client requirements
Qualifications:
  • A deep understanding of two or more Salesforce clouds, particularly Experience Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Strong integration design skills, including LWC and Apex
  • Working experience as a Cloud Architect in a transformation program
  • Proven experience in successfully managing development teams, onshore and offshore
  • An ability to design Salesforce solutions with an understanding of how Salesforce fits into the overall architectural landscape
  • Demonstrated understanding of underlying client business problems and the ability to develop Salesforce technology-enabled solutions addressing their needs
  • A practitioner-depth knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns, including middleware, point-to-point, ETL
  • A capability to communicate with stakeholders while managing expectations
  • DevOps experience, including use of DevOps tools such as git
