Job Description

We are seeking a creative and driven professional to lead our Communication & Interior Design team. As a key member of our store's leadership, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase home furnishing interest among our customers.

Your primary focus will be on creating engaging visual displays and in-store experiences that showcase the benefits of IKEA products. You will work closely with our store management team to stimulate interest in home furnishing among all co-workers and implement effective range presentation solutions.

You will also be responsible for securing vitality and seasonality in the store through the creation and implementation of a commercial calendar. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of the store business plan by providing insights into consumer shopping behavior and people's life at home.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary education or similar qualification in interior design.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit is a must.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and organize work and the work of others to meet agreed goals and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated clear communication and coaching skills.
