Wellbeing Carer Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Wellbeing Carer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and lead activities that cater to diverse interests and abilities of residents.
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents, providing emotional support and companionship.
  • Collaborate with care teams to ensure holistic care and document progress.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
  • Support mealtime services, monitoring resident preferences and ensuring food safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in caring for elders within an Aged Care or community setting is essential.
  • First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain) and Australian driver's licence preferable.
