Job Opportunity: Personal Care Support

We are seeking a reliable and passionate Home Care Worker to join our team in Bathurst. The ideal candidate will have experience in Aged Care or Disability Support, be friendly and positive, and demonstrate client-focused behaviour.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and domestic duties
  • Support clients with daily errands, companionship, and social activities
  • Prepare food, feed clients, and administer medications as needed
  • Observe, care for, and report changes in the health and wellbeing of clients
  • Respond to emergency situations promptly and effectively

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to learn, develop, and take on new challenges
  • Current unrestricted driver's licence and comprehensive insurance

Mandatory Requirements:

  • National Police Check
  • NSW Working with Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • 3 COVID-19 Vaccinations
