The airport operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week throughout the year, providing significant economic, social, and cultural benefits to West Australians.
The airport has invested over $5 billion in new infrastructure to support airline partners' growth, offering more services to new destinations and an improved customer experience. Over the next decade, T1 International will be expanded, and new domestic terminal facilities, a parallel runway, two multi-storey car parks, and an airport hotel will be built.
Our estate covers 2100 hectares and includes a $1.5 billion portfolio of existing industrial premises and significant vacant land holdings. We service a diverse community and play an important role in strengthening cultural, family, and social bonds while supporting business, tourism, and leisure travel.
As an experienced and enthusiastic Advisor – Consent Compliance, you will manage consent applications, verify approvals, and liaise with the Airport Building Controller to keep projects compliant and on track. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders, drive continuous improvement, and champion smarter systems.
Required Skills & QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should have:
- A tertiary qualification or solid hands-on experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a similar field.
- Proven success navigating approvals and assurance processes, ideally within tightly regulated industries.
- A sharp eye for detail and a knack for spotting inconsistencies before they become issues.
- Confidence using Microsoft tools like Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and SharePoint to stay organized and connected.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders and the ability to communicate clearly and constructively.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and smarter systems.
- A collaborative spirit, with the ability to build trust and work seamlessly across teams.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle priorities without compromising quality.
- A commitment to safety, risk awareness, and business continuity in everything you do.
