Job Opportunity: Restructuring Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Restructuring Professional to join our team. This role involves working on high-profile advisory and insolvency engagements, providing financial analysis, cash flow forecasting, and financial modeling support to clients in distressed and special situations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing detailed financial and operational analysis to assess business viability and restructuring options
  • Supporting the development of turnaround strategies, cash flow forecasting, and implementation plans
  • Building and reviewing financial models, preparing client-ready reports and presentations
  • Assisting with accelerated M&A processes, contingency planning, stakeholder negotiations, and trade-on strategies

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field, CA or CPA qualification (or progress toward completion), minimum 1 year experience in restructuring, insolvency, transaction services, corporate finance, audit, business services or a similar field, and strong MS Excel skills.
