Are you passionate about providing exceptional care and support to older individuals in the comfort of their own homes? As a Compassionate In-Home Caregiver with our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our valued customers.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic caregiver to provide personalized in-home care services to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Preparing meals and assisting with shopping
  • Providing social support and engaging in activities that promote mental and physical well-being
  • Managing medication and assisting with mobility and therapy goals
  • Providing respite and emotional support to customers and their families
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will possess a caring and compassionate nature, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will also require:

  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle for travel purposes
  • The capacity to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends (although not guaranteed)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
