About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strata Manager to join our team. As a Strata Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of strata properties, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a portfolio of strata properties, ensuring compliance with legislation.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between Owners Corporations, property owners, and contractors.
  • Coordinate and manage maintenance and repair activities to ensure timely and efficient completion.
  • Handle financial management tasks, including budgeting, levies, and arrears.
  • Prepare for and attend meetings, including Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and committee meetings.
  • Address and resolve strata-related issues and disputes promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all strata activities.
  • Manage projects involving engineers, contractors, and strata committees, ensuring compliance with the Design and Building Practitioners Act.
Requirements
  • Class 2 Strata Management license or higher.
  • Demonstrated experience in strata management.
  • Strong understanding of strata legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in strata management software and Microsoft Office suite.
