This position offers an opportunity to drive strategic growth and operational excellence within our data centre platform in the Asia-Pacific region.

You will oversee the delivery of business plans for existing and forthcoming investments in data centres, ensuring alignment with our corporate objectives and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery against specific projects allocated to this role
  • Overseeing the delivery and management of business plans for assets within APAC
  • Ensuring that five-year business plans and annual plans are properly developed and scoped
  • ProvidING RECOMMENDATIONS ON KEY ISSUES IMPROVING CAPITAL PROJECTS EFFECTIVENESS

Qualifications/Experience/Skills

To qualify for this role, you should have:

  • Minimum experience of 10+ years in M&A, capital transactions, and/or portfolio management
  • Experience in developing and delivering strategic and operational improvement plans
  • Deep knowledge and experience in capital investment programs
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
