Drive innovation and growth in our Process SI EPC team. Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies, focusing on Smart process solutions. Work closely with AP Smart Process Team to lead project strategies and execution, empowering partners to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop purpose-built training programs to enhance partner capabilities.
  • Provide technical and commercial enablement expertise.
  • Support the creation of specifications and architectures for Rockwell Automation offerings.
  • Drive long-term business strategies for expanding Smart process and implementing them across Asia Pacific sub-regions.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Business Managers to develop and execute sales strategies, exceeding annual operation plans goals for Smart process targets.

Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of sales, business management, or marketing experience preferably in automation industry with at least 5 years experience within a Matrix environment.
