This position has a crucial role in supervising, developing, and training the Parks Maintenance Team in the delivery of high standards of horticultural practice that maintains and enhances the reputation of the organization as a leader in horticultural maintenance and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer service and technical advice in the development and management of maintenance schedules.">
  • Supervise, develop, and train the Parks Maintenance Team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high standards of horticultural practice.">
  • Ensure the maintenance of open and outdoor spaces, including community parks, reserve assets, streetscapes, and recreational spaces, is carried out to the highest standard.">
