Key Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled Transactional Team Lead to oversee and manage transactional functions including accounts payable and receivable, banking administration, and month-end journals and reconciliations.

  • Accounts Payable Function: Manage AP function by supporting offshore team, building relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, and liaising with suppliers regarding invoice queries.
  • Accounts Receivable Function: Manage AR function by managing and reviewing AR tasks, overseeing the invoice finance facility, and managing unreconciled bank items.
  • Payroll Reconciliation: Assist with payroll reconciliations and employee-related questions.

About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with over 2 years' experience across bank administration, accounts payable and/or receivable functions. You will have previous finance systems experience, preferably with Workday, and be flexible and willing to learn new skills and gain new experience.

You should be able to analyze problems and initiate/work towards solutions, work to tight deadlines, and possess advanced MS Excel skills.
