">Job Title: Environmental Impact Assessment Team Leader">

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our environmental impact assessment team on a 12-month parental leave cover. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and project management skills, with a strong background in environmental approvals.

">About the Role:">
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities of team members, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
  • They will contribute to staff wellbeing, retention, and engagement, fostering an engaged and motivated team of well-qualified and experienced staff.
  • Supporting the Sydney Impact Assessment and Permitting Group Leader, they will deliver the financial year workgroup plan.
">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Manage and track the team's pipeline of opportunities, identifying new business growth areas.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve staff retention and engagement.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting collaboration and innovation.

  • Proven experience in environmental impact assessment, approvals, and permitting.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with a focus on team collaboration and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
