Excavation Technician

Civil Construction Labourer Role:

The position involves contributing to key civil projects across Victoria, assisting the Project team in various tasks such as directional drilling, excavator operations, reinstatement works, cable laying, and communications infrastructure installation.

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year's experience working around plant operations with basic supervision;
• Varied labouring experience with a good understanding of full-range civil tasks and activities;
• Punctuality, reliability, and autonomy to work independently;
• Fitness and ability to pass random drug and alcohol screening and pre-employment medical;
• Good attitude towards safety onsite;
• Current driver's licence and construction industry White Card.

To Be Successful:

• Hard working, fit, confident, and drug free;
• Willingness to show up every day and deliver results;
• Medium Rigid and Heavy Rigid drivers' licences highly desirable;
• Minimum C class manual drivers' licence (not essential but preferred).

• Full-time position with base 40 hours per week;
• Time and a half rate after 8 hours, first 2 hours Saturday;
