We are seeking a visionary Counter Manager to lead, motivate and develop our team of Sales Associates in achieving sales, customer service and operational targets.

  • Candidates should have proven leadership skills gained in a fast-paced retail environment.\
  • This is an exceptional opportunity for you to be responsible for creating and executing a business plan that attracts and retains customers through targeted marketing, impactful events, excellent customer relationship management and the leadership of a high-performing team.

Many of our senior managers began their careers at point of sale, and this first-level management role with exposure to business planning, consumer insights, event management, customer relationship management and front-line marketing will provide you with the necessary skills to progress further within the industry.

Requirements / Skills:

  • Retail sales experience.\
  • Leadership skills.\
  • Experience dependent on store size.\
  • Strategic planning and execution skills.\
  • Able to create financial plans and manage resources.\
  • Working knowledge of a computerised system including email and Microsoft Excel.
