About You

To be successful in this role, you will be a well-presented individual with highly developed communication and organizational skills.

Your strong administration skillset, attention to detail, and accuracy will be key to this role as will your ability to manage conflicting priorities working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective management and direction to all Ward Administration staff
  • Ensure efficient operation of the wards and units
  • Provide high-level administrative services to the Hospital
  • Manage conflicting priorities working in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
  • Previous experience in hospital administration processes
  • Ability to provide strong leadership and management to a team
  • Effective communication skills and proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience managing a large team
