The Senior Pega Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Pega PRPC applications. This role involves analyzing business processes, creating customized solutions, participating in architectural design, conducting code reviews, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

This position requires collaboration with project managers, business analysts, and team members, as well as providing technical support and maintenance. Additionally, the role includes documenting system aspects, monitoring performance, optimizing applications, and ensuring security.

Pega PRPC (PegaRULES Process Commander) proficiency is essential, along with certifications such as Certified Pega System Architect (CSA) and Certified Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA). Understanding of BPM principles, CRM knowledge, SQL skills, problem-solving abilities, and testing frameworks are also necessary for success in this position.

Key responsibilities include analyzing business processes, creating customized solutions, collaborating with project managers, and providing technical leadership and direction to sub-teams. Documentation of system aspects, application architecture, and design are also critical components of this role.

A strong understanding of Pega PRPC, BPM, CRM, SQL, problem-solving, and testing frameworks is required. Proficiency in Java, OOP concepts, integration skills, and documentation skills are also essential.
