Fuse Recruitment is seeking a Warehouse Labourer/Packer to join our team in Blacktown. This is an ongoing day shift role, Monday to Friday, paying $33 p/hr with 2 hours of daily overtime available.

The ideal candidate will have experience in picking and packing furniture products, palletising stock, and shrink wrapping. They should also be comfortable with manual handling, heavy lifting up to 20 kgs, and have excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking and packing orders for furniture products
  • Palletising stock and consolidating pallets
  • Shrink wrapping pallets and loading/unloading trucks by hand
  • General warehouse cleaning and maintenance
  • Matching paperwork to customer orders and checking final paperwork against orders going out

Benefits:

  • Ongoing day shift role, Monday to Friday
  • $33 p/hr pay rate
  • 2 hours of daily overtime available
  • Opportunity to progress to permanent position after 3 months

Requirements:

  • Experience in picking and packing furniture products
  • Palletising stock and shrink wrapping
  • Manual handling and heavy lifting up to 20 kgs
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Advantageous Qualifications:

  • Furniture assembly or trades assistant background
  • Hand and power tool experience
  • LF Forklift license (with higher pay rate)
